Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 3 months prior to arrival 100% deposit refund. Between 3 months and 2 Weeks 50% deposit refund. Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival 0% deposit refund
UNLESS WE CAN RE LET THE SPECIFIC APARTMENT FOR PERIOD
Bookings
Booking are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is payable 1 WEEK before arrival.
KEYS WILL ONLY BE HANDED OVER IF FULL PAYMENT WAS MADE FOR BOOKING.
Arrival time from 14h00 and Departure time no later than 9h00.
THE UNIT MUST BE LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITIONS RECEIVED ON ARRIVAL PLEASE AND LOCKED!!!
Please remember to drop off the keys at our offices.
Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft,breakages or any misconduct that occurs due to negligence. R1000 BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
PAYABLE!! FULL REFUND OF BREAKAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID ONCE INSPECTION OF UNIT WAS DONE!!!! PLEASE CHECK INVENTORY LIST ON ARRIVAL AND REPORT ANY FAULTS WITHIN 12 HOURS OF ARRIVAL TO 072 290 1392.
Complex rules must be adhere to at all times ,if not guests will be evicted Immediately!!!
NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY UNITS!!! NO MATRIC RAGE BOOKINGS ARE PERMITTED. Keys WILL NOT be handed to students, and should we find students in a apartment they will be EVICTED immediately WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
The maximum number of persons(including children) must not exceed the Number of beds available.
SHOULD THIS NOT BE THE CASE WE WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO EVICT.
