DESCRIPTION
Pyrgos is one of the five Greek-style villages in Santorini Estate - the complex overlooks the beautiful Thompson's Bay swimming beach. Santorini is the only Estate in the area with direct access via turnstiles to both Thompsons Bay Beach and to the semi-private beach on the other side of the Hole in the Wall.
Santorini has good security with access control.
This spacious 171 m² ground floor unit offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. There is no direct sea view from the unit, but it opens onto a lovely private garden area, with a lawned area for kids to play. There are no stairs from the parking to this unit. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, dining area and the lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery, and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a smart TV that is connected to the wifi. There is a dining area as well as an undercover patio with a weber and gas braai. Free wifi in this unit, with a high-speed Fibre connection. Linen and bath towels provided, please bring your own beach and kitchen towels.
Lock up garage and open parking. There are 6 swimming pools in the complex as well as jungle gym, communal braai area, outdoor gym equipment and a whale viewing deck, and plenty of space for kids to run around within the secure complex. 3 night minimum stay at this unit.
